Coaching is releasing a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them learn rather than teaching them.

Whether your focus is bodybuilding, CrossFit, olympic lifting, adventure racing, weight loss, wellness, lifestyle fitness, or you are looking for a "mini-cut" to prepare for a life event (wedding, vacation, reunion, etc);   I will design a structured plan that fits YOUR LIFESTYLE.  

I work in 3 phases, done in 4 week blocks, over the course of 12 weeks. So all of my nutrition coaching programs are 12 weeks long as well as my training programs. This affords me plenty of time to establish a relationship with you, learn your body’s history, what you’ve done in the past, what has/has not worked for you, your starting point, any lifestyle factors/obstacles we may need to work around together, and also set you up for lifelong success.

  • An individualized nutritional analysis and prescription aligned with your goals — I will set your macros or provide you with a detailed meal plan dependent on your goals and food awareness. 
  • Bi-Weekly email check-ins & on-going email support
  • 3 month commitment from ME as your online personal nutrition coach

  • Initial email consultation with current diet analysis and short and long term training/aestheic goals

  • 3-phase detailed & individualized training program aligned with your goals, to include structured cardio/conditioning program

  • 3 month commitment from ME as your training coach
